Very nice Stay!
really good hospitality competent staff comfortable villa
I experienced really good hospitality. The staff was kind, warm, attentive, and competent! The food was also excellent. I explored all the Indonesian options. I was impressed with massage, bar, transfers, and experiences! The spacious luxury ocean view villa with a private pool was very comfortable.
There was loud music during the NYE party! It was impossible to sleep because of this music.

The staff provided sunglasses cleaning at the poolside. They ensured guests had a great stay in every way. I found the concierge super helpful with his suggestions and planning.

The resort is near Gili Islands for snorkelling. I recommend a half-day trip. There is a pier for boat trips. This is a beautiful location right by the beach.

The ocean view villa was really good! It was beautifully laid out and spacious. The room had a lot of freebies. The bathroom looked over a mini garden. How amazing!

The grounds are well-kept. The gardeners worked hard to keep the area looking first class. The spa was lovely. I enjoyed a 90-minute Balinese massage!

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
poor food early noise
The villa was spacious. It provided ample room to relax.
The food quality was SUBPAR. Healthy options were scarce, especially at lunch. I also experienced early morning noise from nearby mosques. Prayers started around 4 a.m. The noise lasted over an hour. It seriously disrupted my sleep.
